1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Glyph (glyphub.com, the "Service") operated by 연두온랩스 (the "Operator").

The Service introduces online spaces made by others and links to their original sites. Each space is the responsibility of its creator, and the Operator makes no guarantees about using them.
You can leave notes on spaces and agree with other notes. Without signing in, notes use fixed sentences; signed-in users can also write short text (100 characters).
The Operator may change or suspend parts of the Service and will give notice of important changes.

You can sign up with Google or Kakao. You must be 14 or older.
You're responsible for your account and may not transfer or lend it.
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Notes may not contain abuse, hate or discrimination, harassment or others' personal information, sexual content, ads, contact details or links, encouragement of illegal acts, or anything that infringes others' rights.
Repeated posting, inflating notes, agrees or entries by automated means, and disrupting the Service are prohibited.
Display names may not impersonate others or the Operator, or contain abuse or ads.
The Operator limits how many notes you can post per day to prevent spam.

You own your notes. You allow the Operator to display them in the Service and to show screens of the Service to promote it. This ends when you remove the note or delete your account (existing promotional material may remain).
Notes written with the same fixed sentence may be shown merged into one.

Anyone can report a note from its menu. Notes with enough reports are hidden automatically until the Operator reviews them.
If a note infringes your rights (e.g., privacy or defamation), request removal at hello@glyphub.com with the details. Under Article 44-2 of Korea's Network Act, the Operator removes it without delay or, if unclear or disputed, hides it for up to 30 days (temporary measure).
We notify the requester by email and the author through a marker where the note was and in 'My notes' (we don't collect contact details). When the temporary measure ends, the Operator restores or removes the note.
The author may object to a temporary measure; the Operator then restores or removes the note and may refer the case to the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
Space creators may ask to close notes on their space.

If you break section 4, the Operator may delete notes and restrict note-writing or your account. Contact us to object.

The Operator may offer paid items such as colored or pinned notes. Prices, duration, cancellation and refunds will be set out on the purchase screen and in these terms when they launch.

The Operator isn't liable for losses caused by natural disasters, network failures or third-party services (spaces, sign-in providers), except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The Operator doesn't guarantee the content of users' notes.

We'll announce changes 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). If you disagree, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
